Plainsight Partners: Terms of Service

1. Who can use it

The tool is for our own use only. Signing in needs a one-time code sent to an approved email address; there are no public accounts, and nobody else can sign in, post through it, or connect their accounts to it.

2. What it does

• Creates quote images and short videos for our businesses.
• Publishes them to our own social media accounts through each platform's official connections: Facebook and Instagram through Meta's business tools, and TikTok through TikTok's official sign-in.
• Reads our own posts and their statistics (such as views and likes) so we can see what is useful.

3. Connected accounts

We only connect accounts we own or manage, and only with the permissions shown on each platform's own sign-in screen. For TikTok these are the account's basic profile and permission to publish videos. A connection can be removed at any time, in the tool or in the platform's settings (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Platform rules

Everything we publish also follows each platform's own terms and community guidelines, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and Meta's terms. Music in our videos is licensed for this use.

5. Our content

The content we create and publish (text, images and videos) belongs to us or is used with permission. Please don't reuse it without asking.

6. General

• The tool is provided as is and may change, pause or stop.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from the tool or our content. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
• We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
• These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
